Coaching & Mentoring for over 25 Years. I started my Life Coaching business as I am passionate about inspiring others to overcome difficulties and achieve success.

As a qualified Life & Mentor Holistic Coach, I am accredited for professional coaching and mentoring. I strive to bring Hope to others after surviving my own childhood neglect, abuse, relationships and career difficulties.

I endeavour to provide a very nurturing and personal Coaching service. I work with many who have experienced abuse, neglect, poor relationships choices, ignoring the red flags, loss of identity and career (as a mum this happened to me). I understand the pain, heartache, anxiety, unworthy feelings and emotions you go through . Like me, believe you can conquer and win back the life you deserve.

I can use powerful coaching tools, techniques, questions and calming breathing and mindfulness meditation exercises which are proven to reduce anxiety, unhelpful thoughts and feelings. These can help you remove negativity and unlock the answers within.

I work exceptionally hard to help you break cycles of negative patterns & mindset, feeling stuck, unworthy, struggling with self esteem, limiting beliefs, lack of confidence to make the changes needed in your life.
